I feel like teachers need more help (if I’m wrong I won’t keep holding these but if I’m right I’d like to hold them once a month :) studio owners are either not teachers or they’re so busy trying to run the studio they can’t really help you and you’re SO on your own. Email your questions if you can or ask during the session - they can be about anything from the alignment of a particular posture to how to teach a private class to managing a room to the business of yoga.
