Once per month we’ll have a workshop or intense class on a Sunday from 9a - 11a included for “practice live +” members (otherwise $50) next one is “Transitions” on May 4th (working on everything from stepping forward to chaturanga to dropping back to inversions :)

My classes are a vinyasa flow based on ashtanga that will challenge you to explore the boundaries of your physical and mental edge with a sense of focus and concentration as well as a sense of humor. I’m a student first. My teaching is guided by attention to alignment - from good alignment comes incredible strength as well as flexibility. This is how my incredible teachers have taught me - Krista Cahill and Brock Cahill opened my eyes to a much fuller understanding of the practice and why good alignment isn’t just so you do the poses “right” :) but you do them with integrity. Yoga postures are more than physical. The concentration and breathing necessary to do the poses with good alignment are (for me at least) the most complete way you can take care of your body, mind and, soul.

Have your questions answered and never have the thought "am I doing this right?" again during your practice. Focusing while you're still is great. Keeping focus while you move? That's a whole other ballgame. Warrior I is hard but the step forward & how you come up can unlock everything. Backbends & forward bends change completely when you enter and leave them a certain way. Breaking through a plateau in your practice probably lives in the transitions. Binds, standing postures, arm balances - let's surf gravity, ask your questions and have fun. This is also a great follow up to the last workshop!
